About the lab:
The materials science lab provides the basic equipments for the mechanical testing and charaterization. It is equipped with necessary tools for studying the microstructural characterization of metals, heat treatment of materials, mehanical testing including tensile testing, compression testing, torsional testing, cupping, hardness tester, microwave oven, muffle furnance, wet polishing machines, grinders and impact tester.
