The three-year LL.B. degree programme draws upon the interests of students and expertise of faculty to offer a unique programme amalgamating course elements of law and liberal studies into one. The curriculum for the 3-year degree is designed to equip students with professional knowledge of law. The forward-thinking curriculum includes significant flexibility so that students enjoy a deeper and more professionally focused degree with accurate international, historical, economic, and social context of the 21st century. In this programme, graduates from diverse fields will be able to enhance their knowledge as well as acquire their acumen of law. The scheme is in tune with the legal education rules formulated by the Bar Council of India and in compliance with UGC norms. The programme is designed to hone certain specialised skill sets of the students namely: disciplined approach to acquire knowledge and skill in legal domain, broad knowledge of the wider world and in-depth study in the subject, marketable people skills, sense of social & civic responsibility etc.

Programme Outcomes (POs)

Upon completion of Three year LL.B programme, a student will acquire knowledge and skills necessary to obtain a professional position or pursue a post-graduate degree in a variety of fields such as Constitutional Law, Corporate Law, Intellectual Property Rights, Human Rights etc. Students will enhance their career prospects by integrating an awareness of sustainability solutions with their domain of specific knowledge.

Minimum Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor’s Degree from a Recognized University with overall aggregate 50% marks. LSAT /NCU Law Entrance Test (NCU-LET), followed by a Personal Interview.

OTHER FEE
  • Caution Money: A sum of Rs 10,000/- to be charged from each student seeking admission to the University in the Academic Year 2023-24. The amount is interest free and will be refunded to the students at the time of withdrawal or at end of their programmes, whichever is earlier, after deduction of dues, if any.
  • Alumni Association Fee: A onetime Alumni Association fee of Rs. 1,000/- for all programmes is payable by all students.

Other Scholarship
  1. 20% scholarship on the tuition fees to the university employees’ ward/wards in the First Year Only
  2. 15% scholarship of the tuition fees for the university Alumni ward/wards, in the First Year Only
Terms & Conditions
  1. 8.50 CGPA need to be maintained with no backlogs or reappear and there should not be any disciplinary action against the student, to continue the scholarship for all UG Programmes.
  2. Aggregate marks of Best 5 subjects in class XIIth examination conducted by CBSE or equivalent examination from a recognized board will be considered for scholarship criteria. For Boards other than CBSE, normalized scores as decided by scholarship and admission committee will be considered for scholarship criteria.
  3. Scholarships to be announced and reimbursed only after completion of admissions for AY23-24. Students who apply by the cut off date will only be eligible for scholarships. Cut off date will be notified during the admission process.
  4. There are a limited number of scholarships that will be served only on the basis of merit, if there are higher number of students in a particular scholarship bracket, the students in the order of merit will be shifted to immediately lower bracket
  5. Students applying with 2022 class 12th scores are not eligible for scholarships.
  6. Scholarships seats will be reduced on the pro-rata basis of actual enrolment.
  7. Scholarship not to be offered for any programs with less than 30 enrolments.
  8. At any point of time during an academic year, a student can avail of benefits from one scholarship plan only. Student who once avail any scholarship will not be eligible for any other scholarship
  9. The management reserves the right to change the scholarship policy as per their discretion
  10. The scholarship will be awarded based on the above criteria at the sole discretion of the Admission and Scholarship Committee
  11. The scholarships to the Haryana state domicile students will be awarded as per Haryana state government policy and guidelines.
