Internet of Things Lab

Internet of Things Lab

Faculty Lab In charge: Dr Pooja Sabherwal

About the lab:
The Internet of Things (IoT) is the network of physical objects or ‘things’ embedded with electronics, software, sensors, and connectivity to enable objects to exchange data. IoT allows direct integration between the physical world and computer-based systems, helping to connect people, processes and devices. Internet of Things will transform the way we live, work and play. IoT is the next wave, world is going to witness. This allows people and objects themselves to analyze data from various sources in real-time and take necessary actions in an intelligent fashion. IoT uses Machine Intelligence exhibited by machines or software . The IoT evolution has benefitted individuals, social causes, politics, business and entire economices by escalating connectedness, removing physical barriers, and harnessing Big Data.
