About the lab:
CAD (Computer Aided Designing) Lab of Mechanical Engineering Department is a state of art hi-tech lab where imagination meets the reality. The lab is equipped with latest high configuration HP Workstations with designing and analysis based software's installed like SOLIDWORKS, ANSYS, Matlab etc. Cad lab is also equipped with a 3-D Printer (Make: Ultimaker 2) which is used to print plastics based articles with close dimensions. It is very user friendly and convenient to use. It can work with plastics like ABS, Nylon, PLA etc.

Equipments:

• 25 License of Solidworks and Ansys Software
• 25 High end configuration HP Z440 Workstation
• Ultimaker-2 3D Printer
