Celebrating Anti-Ragging Week at NCU
During the #AntiRagging Week, NCU conducted several activities to encourage meaningful conversations and unleash creativity among our students, fostering an atmosphere of camaraderie and friendship.
The highlight of this spectacular week was a riveting Debate Competition on the topic ‘Ragging: A Violent Social Contract Between Seniors and Juniors’. Our students participated in the event with a lot of fervor and excitement, sharing their perspectives and opinions. We witnessed respectful exchanges and an incredible debate overall.
On another front, the Slogan Writing Competition was a thrilling showcase of our students’ unified voices against ragging. With pens and creativity as their weapons, they crafted posters that not only inspired but also radiated values of respect, empathy, and inclusivity across our campus.
Udaan, NCU in collaboration with IEEE Humanitarian Activities Committee, joined forces for a dynamic Poster Making Event. Their collective mission was to amplify awareness about the importance of condemning ragging within our academic community. The posters they created were a visual testament to NCU’s commitment to eradicating this social ill.
As we reflect on these transformative events, we take immense pride in offering a safe environment to all our new students. It’s not just a promise for today, but a pledge to continue building a safer, more inclusive future for all.
