Code of conduct for visitors

We welcome all visitors to The NorthCap University and request your cooperation in adhering to the following guidelines to ensure a respectful, safe and productive environment for everyone on campus.

  • Register at the security office upon arrival.
  • Help us protect our natural surroundings by not picking flowers or damaging plants.
  • Preserve our landscaping by using designated walkways and avoiding grass and manicured areas.
  • Dispose of waste in the provided recycling and trash bins.
  • Use recycling bins for paper, plastics and glass. Make sure items are clean before disposal.
  • Limit the use of disposable items by using reusable water bottles, bags and utensils.
  • Choose walking, or e-vehicles while on campus.
  • Park only in the designated areas outside the campus and avoid idling your vehicle to minimize emissions.
  • Use water wisely and conserve water in restrooms and other facilities.
  • Save energy by turning off lights, fans and any other electronic devices when not in use.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited in the campus to ensure air quality and reduce litter.
  • Refrain from using harmful chemicals or pollutants that could damage the environment.
  • Personal guests are not permitted on the University campus during working hours to maintain a professional work environment and minimize distractions.
