Dr. Sharma is an associate professor of finance with more than fifteen years of work experience. With more than twenty-five publications, her research has been in various journals of international and national repute, including the journals listed in Scopus, Web of Science, and the ABDC Journals list. She has one edited book published by IGI Global USA and one Indian patent to her credit. She has presented her research work at several international and national conferences organized by leading business schools and currently supervising four research scholars at The NorthCap University. Her key research areas are banking sector operations, financial modeling, sustainability, fuzzy logic and decision-making.

Earned more than 36 years of teaching and research experience and more than 21 years experience of academic administration in different positions like officiating VC, University Registrar, Dean Academic Affairs, Dean Faculty, Chairperson UTD & Board of Studies, Director of Distance Education, Proctor, Dean Students Welfare, Member Secretary to all Statutory Bodies of the University, University Librarian, Chairperson High Power Purchase Committee, Chairperson Investment Committee and many more. Also had a tenure as Adl Director of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and Independent Director in corporate sector.

Successfully guided 31 PhD scholars , published more than 80 research articles and 6 reference books. Received 10 awards and appreciations including 5 best research paper awards in international conferences. Got honorary position as Certified Financial Consultant and membership of Institute of Financial Consultants USA. Associated with several international, national, state level bodies and institutions as expert/member. Remained instrumental in all new initiatives at University level and worked closely with social organizations. Above all, I continue to enjoy the success of my all students whom I taught and guided since my joining teaching career in 1981. Being in high positions, they comprise my rich portfolio of assets earned in my spotless career.

Dr. Preeti Chawla is faculty in Finance and Accounting area with more than Seventeen years of work experience.

Currently she is Associate Professor, serving as MBA Coordinator and Admissions Coordinator handling all UG and PG admissions at School of Management, The North Cap University, Gurgaon. Prior to this she has served in International College of Financial Planning, New Delhi heading MBA in Financial Planning, Chandigarh Group of Colleges, Mohali Chandigarh, S D College of Management Israna, Panipat and SDPG College and IB College, Panipat. She has done her doctorate in Mutual Funds, Finance from NIT, Kurukshetra. Her topic of research is Mutual Fund which is so critical in today’s capital markets. She brings with her total 18 plus years of experience from education sector in Teaching & Training field.

She is double post-graduate i.e MBA in Finance and HR and M.Com with marketing subjects. She is double net qualified both in Management and Commerce.

She has more than 55 publications to her credit and her research papers and case studies have been published in journals of international and national repute including the journals listed in Scopus, Web of Science, UGC CARE Listed and

ABDC Journals list. She has actively participated in more than 64 International/National conferences to present her work. Currently she is guiding three research scholars under her guidance. She has also written and published number of papers on role of finance on Indian and world economy. Her blogs and articles on key financial, economics and academic areas have been published in times his society india.mystrkingingly.com, college dunia and shiksha.com. She has attended and organized various workshops on Research Methodology, Case Study Development, Quality Education, Curriculum Development etc. She has also received various grants for organizing webinar by National Commission for women, New Delhi. She has also been invited as resource person in various FDPs which were sponsored by AICTE, New Delhi, ICSSR and UGC.

She has also received “Best Teacher Award” for the academic year 2016-17 at International College of Financial Planning, ITO, New Delhi. She has also published two patents in her name. She published one textbook on Financial Management and one edited book i.e., in the field of Entrepreneurship: The Catalyst for Economic Growth. She was coordinator of four international conferences held in Chandigarh Group of Colleges & The North Cap University, Gurgaon. She has also chaired sessions in various conferences. Her area of interest includes include Banking, Mutual Funds, Entrepreneurship, Management, Education, and Corporate Finance.

Dr. Akasha Sandhu is currently working as an Assistant Professor at the School of Management & Liberal Studies, The NorthCap University. She holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration from Guru Nanak Dev University. She has done her MBA (Finance and Marketing) with distinction from Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar; Dr. Sandhu has also qualified UGC NET JRF in Management. Her professional career is a blend of Industry and Academics. She is passionate about Academics and Research. Her research interests include Corporate Governance, Board Gender diversity, Corporate Internet Reporting and Disclosure Practices. She has published research papers in National and International peer reviewed journals indexed in Scopus/ABDC/UGC Care. She has participated and presented research papers in International conferences and seminars. She has also received Best Research Paper and Cash award in Research Scholar Award Category at 71^stAICC conference organized by Osmania University, Hyderabad.

Dr. Akshat Aditya Rao is a Faculty of Marketing with over 14 years of experience in corporate and academia. An Instrumentation engineer with MBA in Marketing from Malaviya National Institute of Technology, Jaipur he started his career with Godrej and worked with organizations as HCL and Gravita India Limited specializing in the area of Business Development before moving to academia to follow his passion for teaching and training. A PhD in Management from Faculty of Management Studies, University of Rajasthan , Jaipur , he is also UGC-NET qualified in the field of Management. His research interests are e-tail, service marketing, consumer behaviour and strategy. He has presented his research in various international/national conferences and has published research articles in various journals of repute.

Dr. Ashima Saxena is associated with School of Management and Liberal Studies, The NorthCap University as an Assistant Professor (Senior Scale) of Finance. Her research area includes Behavioural Finance, Financial investment decisions, and Cognitive behavioral therapy. She has over 8 years of experience including in academics & research. Before joining NCU, she was associated with Manav Rachna University, Faridabad as Assistant Professor.  She has also worked with Jagannath International Management School, affiliated with Guru Gobind Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) and KR Mangalam Institute of Management. She was awarded Ph.D. for a thesis in the area of Behavioural Finance in the year 2019. She was the Ph.D. Coordinator at the university level during her tenure with Manav Rachna University.

Dr. Saxena has published more than 25 research papers in National & International level journals, presented 12 papers in National & International Conferences, and attended various workshops, FDPs, and seminars. She has also published 6 patents in her name. She has authored one textbook on Financial Management. She also has 2 edited books in her name. She has undergone various online courses from universities like the University of Michigan, Duke University, the University of London, the University of California, Santa Cruz, Yale University, Rice University, and the Indian School of Business. Currently,  1 scholar is pursuing her doctoral research under her guidance.

Dr. Neha Kumar is currently working as an Assistant Professor at the School of Management & Liberal Studies, The NorthCap University. She is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). She holds a Ph.D. in Commerce from Bundelkhand University, Jhansi. She has done her Masters in Commerce from Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University & is an Honors graduate in Commerce from Indraprastha College for Women, Delhi University. Dr. Kumar has also qualified UGC NET in Commerce. She has conducted various training sessions/Workshops/FDPs on Reference Management, Mendeley, Journal Selection and SPSS. She is a certified Mendeley Advisor. She has a keen interest in research & has authored/co-authored papers in various International & National journals indexed in Scopus & UGC. Her areas of specialization include Corporate Finance, Corporate Social Responsibility, and Corporate Governance. She has participated and presented research papers in International and National Conferences.
She has also co-authored three chapters in a book and is also a Guest Editor in three books and journals.

Dr. Kumar has been fortunate to obtain a wide range of corporate and teaching experience of more than 9 years. She has taught as a Faculty of  Commerce & Management in reputed colleges of Delhi University, Guru Gobind Singh University & SGT University.

Dr Neha Jain is an Associate Professor at Northcap University in the School of Management and Liberal Studies specializing in Psychology, Organizational Behaviour. She is an academician, alumna of prestigious I.I.T Delhi obtaining her doctorate in the field of Psychology. She is NET qualified and has also worked as a  research associate at IIM Ahmedabad. She has done her Masters from Delhi University and graduated from Lady Shriram College for Women (Delhi) obtaining her degree in Psychology (Hons). She is the Program Chair for Psychology at NCU.

Dr. Jain has research bent of mind, as a researcher she has presented several papers in National and International conferences and has several publications in the field of Soft Skills, Organizational Justice, Counterproductive Work Behaviors and Ethical climate. Currently she is working on a book titled “Counterproductive work Behaviors: An Indian Perspective”

Besides her academic interest Dr. Jain is passionate about social causes, promoting mental health Awareness, workplace diversity and issues of fairness in Organizations. In her personal life she is a mother of two. She loves travelling and believes that every day is a new ray of hope and brings in new learnings with it.

Dr. Priyanka Banerji is Assistant Professor (Selection Grade) of Economics at School of Management and Liberal Studies, The NorthCap University. She has 12+ years of experience of working in academia. She has completed her Ph.D. in Applied Economics in the year 2012 from University of Lucknow, Lucknow and has qualified CBSE-NET. Her area of specialization is Economics with interest in Statistics, Applied Economics, Indian Economy, Developmental Economics, Microeconomics and Macroeconomics.

She has completed PGDBA from Symbiosis, Pune. She has also completed PGDCA. Her research papers have been published in various peer reviewed National and International Journals in the areas of Humanities & Social Sciences, Business Management like, Int. J. Business and Globalisation, International Journal of Humanities and Social Sciences Invention (IJHSSI), Indian Society for Education and Environment, IOSR Journal of Business and Management (IOSR-JBM) and many more. She has attended many conferences and has presented papers in various institutes like, UPUEA Conference organized by SGRR, International Conference on Energy Storage Technology and Systems, ICOEST, etc. She has also organized Conclaves, FDPs and conferences. She is always in pursuit of challenging assignments that would facilitate the maximum utilization and application of her broad skills and expertise in making a positive difference to the organization.

Currently she is the Academic Coordinator at School of Management & Liberal Studies, The NorthCap University. She has supervised 1 Ph.D. scholar and 1 scholar is currently pursuing her doctoral research under her guidance.

Dr. Saumya Sharma comes with a blended experience of corporate before shifting to the academics. In her pursuit of academic excellence, she is a firm believer of knowledge upgradation. Apart from her double masters, she holds doctorate degree from ICFAI University Dehradun in the field of training. To touch upon her corporate exposure, Ms. Sharma had been associated with premier organizations like HCL Infosystems Ltd. She explored her interest towards the field of academia while pursuing administrative role in the admissions department of UPES, Dehradun. Her academic and teaching interface, student engagement and research skills were honed during her work experience in the field of higher studies with institutions like IBS, Hyderabad, IMS Unison University, Kelvin Institute and UPES, Dehradun. At present, she is associated with School Of Management and Liberal Studies, The North Cap University, Gurugram. Being an astute academician, her teaching skills have hovered around subjects like Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, Career Management, Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, Performance appraisal, Performance & Management, Syndicate Learning Program, Industrial Management, Professional Ethics, This will guide the scholars to focus on communication skills, interpersonal skills and social skills. Her area of research entails the domains of Organizational Commitment, Emotional Intelligence, Knowledge Management and others. Her extensive contribution towards numerous book chapters, journal articles, conference papers extend a vibrant reflection towards her widely ranging research interest.

She is an acknowledged professional by the Indian Society for Training and Development, New Delhi (ISTD) in the context of training. Her proud moment of her professional stint came to limelight when she received special accolade from the Ex-President of India- Honorable late Shri Pranab Mukherjee. This recognition was an acknowledgement of her securing highest marks and topping the batch at Indian Society for Training and Development, New Delhi (ISTD).

Dr. Amit Dangi is an academician and technocrat with over 16 years of experience spanning academia, industry, public sector banking, and research. His expertise lies in marketing, online retailing, perceived risk in online shopping, and consumer behavior. He holds a doctorate in Commerce and dual postgraduate degrees in Management and Commerce, complemented by a robust analytical and technical foundation from his undergraduate studies.

Dr. Dangi is an expert in research methodology, proficient in using advanced research software such as SPSS, SmartPLS, PLS-SEM, and NVivo. He has conducted various workshops on various themes of research methodology. His academic contributions include the authorship of a book, two cases published by the Case Centre, U.K., and over 25 research articles in Scopus, Web of Science, and ABDC-indexed journals.

He has presented more than 30 research papers at esteemed international and national conferences, including those organized by IITs and IIMs, earning several Best Research Paper Awards. Dr. Dangi serves on the editorial boards of multiple academic journals and has successfully supervised three doctoral theses and guided over a dozen postgraduate dissertations, reflecting his commitment to fostering academic excellence.

Ms. Shikha Yadav is a highly committed Academician with over 8 years of experience in the Industry & Education field. She has rich experience in the field of HR in diverse Industries like Manufacturing, Telecom, Education, etc.
Her key expertise is in Recruitment, Talent Management, Training & Development, Employee Engagement, Employee Relations, etc. She has Qualified UGC NET 3 times in Labor Welfare, Industrial Relations & Human Resource Management. She has cleared many PSU exams as an HR Officer like in Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. (IOCL) & Coal India
Limited (CIL).

Dr. Parul Khanna is associated with School of Management & Liberal Studies as a faculty in Finance. She has more than 7 years of experience in teaching, research and academia. She completed her doctorate in Finance from The NorthCap University, Gurugram, Haryana. She holds a Masters degree in Management and Commerce and has qualified UGC NET and Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) in Management. She is a qualified Company Secretary. Dr. Khanna has published research papers and book chapters in various peer reviewed journals in the area of finance and management in ABDC, UGC care, Scopus, and Google Scholar listed journals and has presented his research in various conferences of national and international reputation.

Dr. Renu Yadav is Faculty in Finance, Strategic Management and Auditing. Dr.Yadav holds 6 years of experience in teaching, research and academia. She holds a doctorate in Management on the topic "Efficiency and Productivity of Indian Commercial Banks." She holds a Masters degree in Management and has qualified UGC NET in the same. Dr. Yadav has authored and co-authored  research papers in UGC Care listed and Peer Reviewed Journals and also presented research paper in the international conference. She has attended various seminars, workshops and Development Programmes in her field.

Meenakshi Bisla is currently working as an Assistant Professor at NorthCap University in the School of Management and Liberal Studies. She has more than three years of experience in Academics and Industry. She has completed her B.A. Economics (Honors) from the University of Delhi and her MBA in Human Resource Management from NIT Kurukshetra. She is a gold medalist in P.G. Diploma in Labour Laws and Labour Management from Gurugram University. She is currently pursuing her PhD from the University School of Management Studies in the field of Corporate Sustainability. She has published more than five papers in Scopus and ABDC listed journals. She has presented papers at more than ten international conferences and published three book chapters. Her current research interests lie in the fields of Organizational Behaviour, Corporate Sustainability, Leadership, HR Analytics and Entrepreneurship.

Dr. Samiksha Jain is currently working in The NorthCap University in School of Management and Liberal Studies as an Assistant Professor of Psychology. She had completed her PhD (Psychology) from Amity University, Noida on the title "Development of a tool for measurement of the Desire for Sexually Explicit Materials (SEM)". She was a Gold Medalist in her academic year of Masters Clinical Psychology. Prior to the current job, She has served Amity University, Noida as Assistant Professor and Government of Delhi as an Empanelled Psychologist. She has more than 15 research papers published in the International or National journals (listed in SCOPUS, UGC care Journals, Group-1, peer reviewed journals). She has presented many papers in International and National conferences. She has organized International conferences in Turkey and New York city. She has guided various UG/PG level students in their dissertation projects. She is certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, SPSS, Number analysis, Signature Analysis and Career Counselling. Her specialization is Clinical Psychology, Counselling Psychology. She has attended various seminars, workshops and Development Programmes in her field.

Ms. Swati Saxena is a highly experienced and RCI registered Clinical Psychologist with a rich background in teaching, research, and practice spanning over 9.5 years. She has contributed her expertise to various psychiatric hospitals and academic institutions. Her specialization lies in the area of Clinical Psychology, with a focus on qualitative research and mixed research methods.
