Dr. Rita Chhikara is currently working as the Head and Professor with the Department of CSE. A target driven, dedicated professional with more than 23 years of experience in teaching, administration and research. She holds a B.E Degree from Pune University, M.Tech from Punjab Technical University and Ph.D. Degree from The NorthCap University in the area of Machine Learning and Information Security. She is EICT and IIT Roorkee Certified Data Science Professional. She has completed two DST sponsored projects in the area of Steganalysis and Dementia. She has completed one project on Malware Analysis using Machine Learning for a Govt. Organisation. She is nodal officer for PhD Visvesvaraya Scheme 2023 at NCU.  Her current areas of research include Data Mining, Pattern Recognition, Machine Learning, Image Processing, and Deep Learning. She has been instrumental in imparting training in the latest programming language for Data Science to Government officials. She has published around 67 papers in peer-reviewed International Journals with good indexing and reputed national/international conference proceedings and published a book on Intelligent Healthcare: Applications of AI in eHealth in Springer. Her belief of sharing knowledge led her to deliver talks on emerging topics of Machine Learning in various reputed conferences, FDPs and Ted-Ed events. Her administrative responsibilities as NIRF nodal officer and NAAC coordinator has contributed in improving visibility of the University. Recipient of Teaching and Research Excellence National Award, certificate of appreciation for Judge Toyacathon 2021 organized by Ministry of Education, Recognition award from IEI 2023 and Star performer award at NCU 2023, she believes that “The mind is not a vessel to be filled, but a fire to be kindled”. She has chaired various sessions in Springer, IEEE and Elsevier conferences in India, Malaysia and Singapore. She has guided around 40 B. Tech projects, 16 M.Tech theses, 3 Ph.D Scholars and currently supervising 7 Ph.D. Scholars. She is a professional member of ISTE, ACM, IEEE, and IEI and her perseverance and expertise has helped us grow as one of the top colleges in Haryana.

Dr. Prachi, Associate Head and Associate Professor at the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, The NorthCap University, leads the Cyber Security & Forensics specialization. With 15+ years of experience, she holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science (2015) and has contributed to specializations in emerging areas like Cyber Security and Blockchain.

Her accolades include certifications such as Certified Ethical Hacker, AWS Cloud Practitioner, Azure AI Fundamentals, and multiple patents and copyrights. She also qualified for UGC-NET/JRF in 2014 and completed an NTRO-funded research project worth ₹19 lakh and won The NorthCap University's Best Faculty Award (2023) for her exceptional teaching and learning commitment.

Dr. Prachi has mentored winning student teams in hackathons and specializes in Malware Analysis, Cyber Security, and Digital Forensics. She has published extensively in high-impact SCI, WoS and Scopus indexed journals, guided several undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral theses, and supervises five Ph.D. scholars in cutting-edge fields.

An author of two books and eight book chapters, Dr. Prachi is also a reviewer for SCI-indexed journals and a resource person for faculty programs. She has received appreciation certificates for delivering various sessions and mentoring winning teams from the Ministry of Education and Volkswagen Group Technology Solutions. She has organized national and international events to promote cybercrime awareness and security education.

Dr Meghna Sharma is currently working as Associate Professor and Core Courses Lead in the department of CSE. She has a rich teaching and research experience of more than 20 years. She is B. E in Computer Science and Engineering from CRSCE Murthal, M.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from GJU Hissar and PhD from YMCA Faridabad in the area of Machine Learning. She has also completed a reputed PG certification of Big Data Engineering from BITS Pilani with UpGrad .She has many certification courses to her credit like Coursera courses with the universities of International repute with distinction in the domain of Data Science,IIT Roorkee Certification course of Data Science Specialization through CloudXLab, NPTEL courses from IIT Roorkee .

Before she came on board at NCU, Dr Meghna has worked as a Scientist/Engineer ‘SC’ in Control Systems group, ISRO Satellite Centre, Bangalore. She is a recipient of the Science Award conferred by the Government of Haryana in 2007.Her major areas of interests are Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Big Data Analytics and AI in healthcare. There are many research papers published to her credit in indexed journals and conferences. She has one patent granted and published by Australian Patent Office and two patents published by India Patent Office. She has guided more than 40 B. Tech projects, 10 M.Tech theses, and currently supervising 4 Ph.D. Scholars. She is a professional member of ACM and chairs Data Analysis and Research Group of NCU.

Dr Shilpa Mahajan has more than 15 years of teaching experience at postgraduate and undergraduate level. She is a committed researcher in the field of sensor network and has done her PhD in the area of Wireless Sensor Network at Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar. She completed her post-graduation with distinction from Punjab Engineering College, Chandigarh. She specializes in Cyber Security, Computer Networks, Data Structures, Operating Systems and Mobile Computing. She has introduced and designed various courses like Network Security and Cyber Security. Presently two doctoral scholars are pursuing their PhD under her supervision. She has also guided various M.Tech and B.Tech Projects. She has more than 40 research publications to her credit. She has been a resource person in various FDP’s, workshops, guest lectures and seminars. 

She is a CISCO Certified Training Instructor for CCNA module-1,2,3 and 4. She has been awarded as an Advanced Level Instructor and got an appreciation from Cisco Networking Academy for 5 years of active participation. She also set up a CISCO Networking Academy and developed CISCO lab at The NorthCap University, Gurgaon in Jan 2014.

Dr. Yogita Gigras, is currently working as Associate Professor in the Department of CSE & IT, School of Engineering & Technology, NCU. She has more than fifteen years of extensive teaching experience at both post and under graduate level. She is a committed researcher in the field of Soft Computing and has completed her Ph.D in the same area. She has done her M.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from Banasthali University, Rajasthan in the year 2009 with honors. She has done her industrial training with ST Microelectronics, Greater Noida and completed two live projects for partial fulfillment of her M.Tech degree. Her areas of interest include Analysis and Design of Algorithms, Object Oriented Programming, Operating System, Computer Networks, Soft Computing and Cyber Security. She had guided 35 B.Tech Projects, 14 theses and 2 Ph.D scholars. She has published around 42 papers in peer-reviewed International Journals with good indexing and reputed national/international conference proceedings and published a book on Internet of Healthcare Things: Machine Learning for Security and Privacy in Wiley.  She is the reviewer and assistant editor of various international journals. She has also done certifications in Data Scientist Tool, Exploratory data analysis and Getting and Cleaning Data from Johns Hopkins University. She is also certified ethical Hacker. She is the Lifetime member of ISTE. She also set up Tinkering lab in The NorthCap University.

Dr. Srishti joined The NorthCap University(NCU) on 4th July 2019 as an Assistant Professor in the Department of CSE. Prior to joining NCU, she was a Teaching Research Fellow in Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology (NSIT), Delhi. She has done B.E. in Computer Science and Engineering from MDU, Rohtak and M.Tech in Information Systems from Delhi Technological University(DTU), Delhi. She has completed her Ph.D. from University of Delhi in the area of Natural Language Processing. 

She has won numerous prizes for academic excellence like Branch Topper in B.E., for securing second position in M.Tech, Merit in Math Olympiad conducted by Delhi Association of Mathematics Teachers, Best Paper Award in Web Intelligence track of International Conference TEAMC 2018 and Topper in NPTEL MOOC Certification for the course ‘Python for Data Science’ in Dec’20. Furthermore, she has also qualified UGC-NET July 2016 and GATE 2010 with 97.4 percentile. She has a vast professional experience of 7+ years and is currently leading the team of Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning Specialization. She has published several research papers in Scopus/Web of Science indexed international journals and IEEE/ Springer international conferences. Her research areas include Natural Language Processing, Soft computing and Biometrics.

In addition to outstanding academic credentials, Dr. Srishti is also actively involved in student activities as the Branch Counselor of the IEEE Student Branch in the University and she has been conferred the Outstanding Branch Counselor Award by IEEE Delhi Section in the years 2020 and 2021 for her effort and contributions in making the IEEE NCU student branch exemplary.

About Faculty:

Dr Shaveta Arora holds more than 22 years of academic, administrative and research experience at undergraduate, post-graduate and doctoral level. Prior to joining The NorthCap University in July 2007, she held teaching positions at prestigious colleges in Haryana and Mumbai. Dr. Arora completed her B.Tech from Kurukshetra University, M.Tech from Panjab Technical University, and earned her PhD from The NorthCap University under the supervision of professor Hanmandlu from IIT Delhi.

She has mentored over 100 B.Tech projects, supervised10 M.Tech dissertations, and guided1 PhD thesis. Currently, she is supervising 4 PhD scholars. Her research interests include computer vision, image processing, fuzzy sets, machine learning, and deep learning, with a particular focus on applications in solar photovoltaics, healthcare and agriculture sectors. She has published more than 45 research papers in esteemed peer-reviewed journals and conferences. Additionally, she has been awarded grants for 4 patents, further enhancing her contribution to both academia and industry. She serves as a reviewer for prestigious international conferences and journals, including IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems, IEEE Transactions on Instrumentation and Measurements, International Journal of Electronics and Communications, IET Image Processing, IET Computer Vision, Knowledge-Based Systems, Journal of Digital Imaging, and Evolving Systems.

Committed to staying at the forefront of technological advancements, Dr. Arora actively participates in workshops on emerging technologies. She holds certifications in Design Thinking, Data Analytics, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Data Science from NPTEL, as well as certifications in cloud computing and Introduction to Generative AI from AWS demonstrating her expertise in cutting-edge fields. She also serves as the coordinator for the Oracle Academy partnership with the University. Her exceptional teaching contributions were recognized with the prestigious Outstanding Teacher Award on Teachers' Day 2024 at The University.

 

Ms Prerna Singal has over 9 years of experience in IT industry in development of applications using Microsoft technologies .NET, C#, SQL Server. She have worked with companies like TCS and Baines & Ernst, UK. Her research interests include software engineering and soft computing.

Dr. Anuradha has more than 13 years of teaching experience at postgraduate and undergraduate level. She is a committed researcher in the field of data science and machine learning. She completed her graduation and post-graduation with distinction. Presently four doctoral scholars are pursuing their PhD under her supervision. She specializes in DBMS, Data Structures, Big data, Operating Systems and Analysis & Design of Algorithms.

She has undertaken various academic responsibilities at the department and university level. She has also guided various M.Tech and B.Tech Projects. She has more than 35 research publications in peer-reviewed journals and conferences like Elsevier, Springer and IEEE and is also serving as a reviewer for many journals.

Dr. Neeti Kashyap is an Assistant Professor (Selection Grade) in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at The NorthCap University. She holds a PhD in Machine Learning and the Internet of Things from CSE department,The NorthCap University. Prior to that, she completed her BTech and MTech in Information Technology with first division from GGS Indraprastha University, Delhi. With over 12 years of teaching experience at esteemed institutions, Dr. Kashyap's areas of interest include Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning, Cyber Security and the Internet of Things. She has guided numerous BTech and MTech projects and is currently supervising four PhD scholars. Actively involved in academia, she has organized and participated in various workshops, conferences, and seminars.

Dr. Kashyap is a CISCO certified Training Instructor for CCNA modules 1 to 4 and holds certifications as an AWS Cloud Practitioner and Microsoft AI Azure. She has published over twenty-five research papers in international and national conferences and journals, and has several patents to her name. She is also a professional member of ACM.

Dr. Namita is currently working as an Assistant Professor (Sr. Scale) in the Department of Computer Science & Engineering at The NorthCap University, Gurugram. She earned her Bachelor of Science (Hons.), Master of Science and Master of Technology in Computer Science, from Banasthali University, Rajasthan. Dr. Namita received her Ph.D. in Cyber Security from The NorthCap University, Gurugram. She has published numerous research papers in esteemed international journals and conferences. Her research primarily revolves around cyber security, with a particular emphasis on detecting and mitigating threats posed by Windows malware. She continues to engage in cutting-edge research, seeking to address emerging challenges in cyber security and malware detection. She has over 10 years of teaching experience at both the postgraduate and undergraduate levels.

Dr. Tamalika Chaira is currently working as an Associate Professor with the Department of CSE, The Northcap University, Gurugram. She has completed her B.Tech in Electronics and Communication from Bihar Institute of Technology. Sindri, Jharkhand followed by M.Tech in Electronics and Communication from IIEST (Indian Institute of Engg. Science and Technology)  Sibpur, Howrah, West Bengal. She has completed her PhD from Department of E&ECE, IIT Kharagpur. After a brief stint as Research Associate in CNR, Pisa, Italy, she joined and worked in IIT Delhi as a Research Scientist through various schemes – i) DST Young Scientist scheme, ii) DBT - Innovative Young Biotechnologist Award (IYBA-2010) scheme.  Under these schemes, she completed 2 projects- DST and DBT (Govt of India). She also received a Gold medal from DBT-IYBA. She is a member of ACM. 

 She is a member of  National Academy of Sciences (NASI).

Her dedication towards research on medical image processing  using fuzzy and advanced fuzzy mathematics has led to publishing numerous papers in international SCI indexed journals and conferances. She has given mathematical model for various image processing applications. She has to her credit 26 SCI indexed journals, 2 book chapters and 10 IEEE conferences. She holds 1 US patent.

Dr, Poonam Chaudhary is currently working as is currently working as the Data Science Lead and Assistant Professor(Sel Grade) with the Department of CSE, The Northcap University. She is a target driven, dedicated professional with more than 15 years of experience in teaching, administration, industry and research. She has completed her B.Tech from University of Rajasthan, Jaipur followed by M.Tech from Mahrishi Dayanand University Rohtak, Haryana. She has completed her PhD from MRIIRS Faridabad in the field of Brain Computer Interfacing using EEG signals. NCU awarded her with the Best Teacher Award (1st Rank) in the university during the academic year 2021-2022. She has guided around 35 B. Tech projects, 15 M.Tech theses, and currently supervising 5 Ph.D. Scholars. She has completed one international project funded by Cintana Education, USA and one consultancy project.  

Her dedication and commitment have contributed towards successful implementation of certification programs in emerging areas in the Department. Ms. Vandana is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at The NorthCap University, Gurugram, India. With a robust academic background and passion for coding, she has made significant contributions to both industry and academia.

She brings 13 years of industry experience, having worked across multiple domains such as banking, healthcare, e-commerce, public sector etc. Her technical expertise includes Java, Spring, Hibernate, Web Services, RabbitMQ, Redis and various application servers and databases.

Ms. Vandana holds several certifications, including SCJP, Agile Scrum Master and Agile Project Management. She earned her M.Tech. degree from MDU, where she was a gold medalist, and completed her B.Tech. from the same university, reflecting her consistent academic excellence. Ms. Monika Yadav is currently working as Assistant Professor in the Department of CSE, The NorthCap University, Gurugram. Presently, she is pursuing her Ph.D. in the area of Cloud Computing from J.C. Kanika Gupta has a blend of teaching and industrial experience comprising of 5+ years teaching experience and 1 year industrial experience in Dell International Services, Noida as a part of Network Operation Team. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D from Indira Gandhi Delhi Technical University for Women, New Delhi. She completed her M.Tech in Information Technology from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, New Delhi and B.Tech from The NorthCap University (formerly Institute of Technology and Management, Gurgaon). She qualified UGC-NET in 2019 and GATE 2015 with 97 percentile. Her credits also include research publications in various reputed international conferences and patent publications.

Ms.Garima Sharma has been working as Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering since January 2016. Dr. Manvi Breja is currently working as an Assistant Professor (senior scale) in the Department of Computer Science & Engineering. She has received her PhD degree from National Institute of Technology, Kurukshetra, completed her M.Tech with 1st position from YMCA University, Faridabad and B.Tech with 2nd position from Lingayas Institute affiliated with MDU Rohtak. She has more than 7 years of experience in teaching. 

In addition to this, she had secured rank 72 in CSIR UGC NET with JRF in 2012, UGC-NET for Assistant Professor in 2014 and GATE 2012, 2013, 2015 with more than 98.5 percentile. She has also received Elite certificate by being in top 5% for completing NPTEL Social Networks course with 83% score and in top 2% for completing NPTEL Cryptography and Network Security with 90% score. She has also completed Post Graduate Diploma course in Cyber Defense organized in collaboration with Vinoba Bhave University and Cyber Vidyapeeth Foundation.

Mr. Sumit Kumar is currently working as Assistant Professor in the Department of CSE, The NorthCap University, Gurugram. Presently, he is pursuing his Ph.D. in the area of Malware Analysis, and Application Security from The NorthCap University, Gurugram.

As a passionate teacher and a strong believer in learning by teaching methodology, Mr. Kumar aims to create a niche as an educationist in the academic world. He has qualified UGC-NET 2017, 2019, and GATE 2017 examinations. He is also an Oracle Certified Professional Java Programmer. Before joining NCU, he has worked as a faculty in an EdTech firm based out of Bangalore. As a committed researcher, he has published papers at various national/international journals & conferences. His areas of interest include Full Stack Software Development, AI-driven Development, Programming, Data Structures and Algorithms, Malware Analysis, Machine Learning, Digital Forensics & Application Security.

Ms. Bhavana Sharma is a dedicated and quality-oriented professional with nearly 7 years of experience in teaching computer science at various esteemed institutions. She is currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering. Ms. Sharma is pursuing her Ph.D. in Cyber Security area specializing in optical image processing , Artificial Intelligenece  from The NorthCap University, Gurugram, Haryana.

Dr. Swati Gupta is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at The NorthCap University, Gurugram, India. With a robust academic background and a passion for Cloud Computing, she has made significant strides in both teaching and research.

Dr. Gupta earned her Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University) in 2023, specializing in scheduling in cloud computing. Dr. Monika Lamba is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at The NorthCap University, Gurugram. She earned her B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from Ansal Institute of Technology (AIT), affiliated with IP University, Dwarka, New Delhi. Following that, she completed her M.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from the University School of Information, Communication and Technology (USICT), Dwarka, New Delhi.

Dr. Lamba has demonstrated her academic excellence by qualifying for the GATE examination four times in 2014, 2017, 2020, and 2023. She earned her Ph.D. in Machine Learning from The NorthCap University, Gurugram. With over seven years of experience in teaching and research, she is a dedicated and passionate educator.

She has presented numerous papers at various international conferences and published research papers in SCI, ESCI, and Scopus-indexed journals and conferences. In addition to her research publications, Dr. Lamba has authored five book chapters and serves as a reviewer for several reputable journals. She has also made significant contributions to innovation, with two published patents to her name. She is a professional member of ACM and is certified in Microsoft AI-900 and AWS Cloud Practitioner.

Akanksha Kaushik is currently working as an Assistant Professor in the Computer Science and Engineering Department of The NorthCap University. She has completed B. Tech with Honors in Information Technology from Maharishi Dayanand University, Rohtak and M. Tech in CSE from The NorthCap University (formerly ITM University). Currently, she is pursuing Ph.D in Computational Neuroscience from The NorthCap University. She has 3 years of teaching experience and 4 years of research experience. Prior to joining NCU, she has worked in NIT Kurukshetra as an Assistant Professor. Her research interests include Computational Neuroscience, Data Science and Machine Learning, Algorithm Design and Analysis, Data Analytics with Tableau and KNIME. As a committed researcher, she has successfully published four research papers in SCOPUS indexed peer-reviewed journals and presented five papers in International Conferences. In addition to this, she has also guided three B. Tech projects and one M. Tech project. She has been a member of the organizing committee of many international conferences and workshops. She was also a supervisor of technical events of National level technical fest – TechSpardha 2014.

Dr. Shraddha Arora is currently an Assistant Professor (Selection Grade) in The Department of Computer Science and Engineering, The Northcap University. She has received her Bachelor of Technology degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU), Master’s of technology in VLSI and Embedded Systems from Delhi Technological University (Formerly DCE) and Ph.D. in Robotics and Computer Technology from Indian Institute of Technology Delhi (IIT Delhi). She is a co-author to a book titled, “Vision based Identification and Force Control of Industrial Robots” and has published several conferences and journal papers in Springer, IET, IEEE, etc. Prior to joining NCU, she worked on research and industry oriented projects at Industrial Research and Development(IRD) at Indian Institute of Technology Delhi(IIT-D) for almost 5 years. These projects were amalgamation of different disciplines and technologies like computer vision, NLP, image processing, machine learning and robotics. She has also worked on one of the important industrial applications of information fusion used in warehouse automation- use of a robotic arm to pick up an object from the bin. During the course of these projects, Dr. Shraddha has mentored several B.Tech and M.Tech students and has gained significant experience on adapting to different technologies and programming languages. This vivid experience has made her an adaptable learner and an explorer for trying new and unfamiliar things. Her research interests include computer vision in real-time Industrial robotics, machine learning, and NLP.

Dr. Nidhi Malik is currently working as Associate Professor in the Department of CSE & IT, School of Engineering & Technology at The NorthCap University. She has more than 11 yrs. of teaching and research experience. She completed her M. Tech from IIT Bombay and PhD. from JNU, New Delhi. She has published research papers in papers in peer reviewed reputed International Journals and conferences. She has qualified JRF (2013) and is also a member of IEEE and ACM. She has guided more than 24 B.Tech projects. Her areas of interest include Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing and Semantic Web Technologies.

Dr. Nishu is an accomplished Assistant Professor at The NorthCap University with a profound expertise in image processing, computer graphics, and artificial intelligence. She holds a PhD in Image Processing from Amity University, a master's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Banasthali University, and a bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Kurukshetra University. With 13 years of experience in academia and research, Dr. Nishu has made significant contributions to her field. She has published numerous research papers in esteemed international journals and conferences. She continues to engage in cutting-edge research, seeking to address emerging challenges in image processing and artificial intelligence.

Ms. Sneha Kandacharam, an Assistant Professor at The NorthCap University, specializes in Python, Deep Learning, Machine Learning, and Image Processing. With an ongoing Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence, complemented by M.Tech and B.Tech degrees in Computer Science from Amrita School of Computing, Coimbatore, and Vignan Institute of Technology for Women, Hyderabad, respectively, she brings a dynamic blend of academic excellence and professional expertise. Her experience includes one year in Data Science and AI, with significant contributions to advanced machine learning and deep learning algorithms. Sneha has led innovative research projects such as CNN-based high-precision crop identification, facial image-based gender recognition, phishing web page detection, and accident prediction models, achieving notable improvements in accuracy and efficiency. She is also a jury member for the Smart India Hackathon 2024 at University level, and a key contributor to the Quantum Computing Specialization at The NorthCap University under Dr. Rita Chhikara’s guidance. In the past six months, she has authored research papers and book chapters in AI and quantum computing, reflecting her commitment to advancing research and empowering students in cutting-edge technologies.

Before joining The NorthCap University, she worked as a Data Scientist for a year at The SmartBridge, Hyderabad, and gained internship experience at 1000lookz, a startup incubated at IIT Madras, and served as a Project Intern at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS).

Dr. Asha Sohal is currently serving as an Assistant Professor (Selection Grade) in the department of computer science and engineering. She has pursued a rigorous academic journey, earning a Ph.D. in Computer Science and Applications from Kurukshetra University in 2024. Prior to this, she completed her M.Tech. in IT from GGSIPU, Delhi in 2011, further building their expertise. Their foundational education includes B.Tech in CSE from Kurukshetra University in 2003, laying the groundwork for their distinguished career in academia.

A results-oriented and committed professional with over 21 years of extensive experience in teaching, administration, and research, demonstrating a strong dedication to academic excellence and institutional development. Her research endeavours are primarily centered on Cloud Computing, fog computing and mobile adhoc networks (MANETs). Dr. Pankaj Rakheja has anextensive teaching experience in the field of Electronics and Computer Science. He holds a Ph.D. in hybrid cryptosystems, with over 18 Web of Science publications and a strong research focus on cryptography, image encryption, and watermarking. He has a distinguished academic background, including a Gold Medal for his M.Tech. from the Institute of Technology and Management, Gurugram. Dr. Rakheja has taught various subjects such as Information Security, Cryptography, IoT, and Embedded Systems. He has contributed significantly to research, publishing multiple papers in prestigious journals and serving as a reviewer for several SCI-indexed journals. Dr. Parul Hooda is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at NorthCap University, Gurugram. She brings a strong academic pedigree, having completed her M.Tech in Software Engineering from Delhi Technological University (DTU), New Delhi, and B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from JUIT, Waknaghat. She earned her Ph.D. in Computer Science from Kalinga University, where her doctoral research focused on cybersecurity in Software Defined Networks through advanced intrusion detection and IP traceback mechanisms.

Dr. Ankita Bhalla is currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at The NorthCap University, Gurugram. She is committed to equipping students with a strong foundation in core Computer Science concepts while nurturing a culture of curiosity, critical thinking, and lifelong learning.

She holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Ropar, Punjab. Her doctoral research focused on "NEAT Activity Detection using Smartwatch". Dr. Bhalla completed her B.Tech and M.Tech from ITM University (now known as The NorthCap University).

She is a qualified candidate of GATE (2013 & 2014) and UGC-NET (2017).

Her academic and research interests include Database Management Systems, Data Mining, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Computer Vision, and Natural Language Processing.
