The facility is mainly developed with the objective of providing a central facility of the latest and advanced analytical instruments for research in the areas of Physics, Chemistry, Engineering, and interdisciplinary sciences. The establishment of this facility has strengthened the research-relevant infrastructure of basic science and technology. The facility is mainly equipped with state of art equipment like UV-Vis-NIR Spectrophotometer, LCR Meter, I-V Picometer, Vacuum Coating Unit, spin coating, Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM), Holography set up, and solar simulator. Various faculty members and Ph.D. scholars are utilizing this facility to pursue their research work.



The main objectives of the Central Research Facility at NCU Gurgaon are:

  • To provide a central facility of the latest and advanced analytical instruments for research in the areas of Engineering and interdisciplinary sciences.
  • To provide services to users from within and outside the University.
  • To guide the research scholars in various area’s using this facility
  • To publish quality research papers by using the facility.
  • Continuously upgrade and maintain state-of-the-art research facilities for excellence in research.
