About the lab:
Heat and Mass Transfer laboratory provides fundamental and industrial knowledge about modes of heat and mass transfer, like conduction, convection, radiation, mass transfer and their application. RAC lab provides essential knowledge that an engineer should be well conversant like fundamental principles, concepts, devices and systems based on refrigeration and air-conditioning techniques needed to control the indoor environments and thus provide them comforts to enable them to perform better. The Daikin Centre of excellence showcases Daikin’s futuristic products and major products in HVAC along with industry tool kits. It ensures hands-on practical exposure for students and help them acquire the new technologies used in the air-conditioning industry including the VRV technology, R-32 refrigerant and inverter technology.
