Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering has organized an expert session by Mr Nitin Goyal, DGM, ‘Tendering bidding and arbitration’ at M/s Punj Lloyd India Ltd on 15 Nov 2017 for the final year B.Tech students studying Construction Contracts Management.

Mr Goyal has over 18 years of diversified experience in Telecom, Oil & Gas EPC Sector and Oil & Gas Software services. Presently responsible for P&L of Offshore Business. He discussed in detail the process of conventional tendering and the way the industry has been dealing with the bidding and pre-qualification systems. He also presented some case studies on arbitration explain in detail the various problems faced. His session also included the in detail discussion of e-tendering and how the industry has involved.
