Digital Electronics and Devices presents comprehensive coverage of the topics used in design and analysis of digital circuits along with the fundamental concepts. The presentation is simple and concise for thorough understanding of digital electronics and applications.

The basics such as number systems and codes, Boolean algebra, logic gates, combinational circuits and their simplification using K-map and Quine-Mcluskey techniques have been discussed in the initial chapters. The later part of the book is devoted to the application of these principles to sequential circuits, registers and counters, converters, programmable logic devices, semiconductor memories and state machines etc. Microprocessor based design procedures have also been discussed along with illustrative programming instructions.
