1st Edition : Intra Law School Moot Court Competition, 2022

Presenting a case in court requires more than just knowledge; it needs confidence and quick-wits. The School of Law at The NorthCap University conducted the Intra Law School Moot Court Competition on 4th and 5th March 2022, where our students exhibited exceptional calibre in presenting a court case. They explored niche law pertaining to ‘Personality rights’ and ‘Contractual Obligations’ and received hands-on experience learning moot skills and court mannerisms.

We extend our special thanks to Mr. Gurudatta Ankolekar, Mr Purushottam Sharma Tripathi, and Mr. Mukesh Kumar Singh- Advocates on Record, Supreme Court of India, for judging the finale. We also thank Sh. Rameshwar Singh Malik, Former Judge, High Court of Punjab & Haryana and Prof. (Dr.) Afzal Wani, Professor of Law, University School of Law and Legal Studies, GGSIPU, New Delhi, for gracing the Valedictory ceremony.

Finally, we heartily congratulate the winning team members- Prithvi Vallabh Chaturvedi, Tanu Mehta, and Nidhi Garg for a brilliant display of talent.
