ENVISAGE Ideathon Competition Hosted By Gemini Solutions!
The Envisage – Gemini Ideathon Competition was successfully launched on 24th April 2023 at The NorthCap University (NCU), with participation from students of B.Tech-CSE, IT, and ECE branches. The
event aimed to provide a platform for budding engineers to showcase their entrepreneurial skills and pitch innovative business ideas based on specific themes and technologies.
The event was launched by the collaborative efforts of Team CPAA and Team Gemini Solutions, comprising Mr. Vineet Gupta, Ms. Ashna Khurana, Mr. Shiva Tuteja, Ms. Saumya Arora, and Ms. Shanu. Their expertise and guidance helped in making the event a huge success.
The event comprised two rounds, a Group Discussion (GD) round, and a One-on-One Interaction round. The students participated in teams and represented their unique and innovative business ideas. The GD round allowed the participants to discuss the themes and technologies in detail and exchange ideas with other participants. The One-on-One Interaction round helped the judges to assess the participant’s knowledge, skills, and understanding of the given themes and technologies.
The judges selected the best teams and business ideas based on their creativity, feasibility, and relevance to the given themes and technologies. Rishi Mihir Popat (CSE 2nd Year) and Simran Dhameja (CSE 3rd Year) were selected as Campus Ambassadors for the year 2023-24 under the Gemini Ambassador Programme (GAP). These two students excelled in the GD round and impressed the judges with their innovative business ideas.
The Gemini Ambassador Programme (GAP) was launched alongside the Ideathon Competition. The GAP was an opportunity for 23 B.Tech CSE 2nd and 3rd-year students to participate and showcase their skills and abilities. The GAP enabled the students to enhance their skills, learn from experts, and gain practical experience.
In conclusion, the Envisage – Gemini Ideathon Competition was a huge success, providing a platform for students to showcase their entrepreneurial skills and pitch innovative business ideas. The event received an overwhelming response from the students, and the judges were impressed with the participant’s knowledge and skills. The Campus Ambassadors and GAP added value to the event, providing opportunities for students to enhance their skills and gain practical experience.
