Dr. Akshat Aditya Rao is a Faculty of Marketing with over 10 years of experience in corporate and academia. An Instrumentation engineer of 2006 batch he started his career with Godrej and completed his MBA in Marketing from Malaviya National Institute of Technology, Jaipur in 2009 and was working with organizations as HCL and Gravita India Limited specializing in the area of Business Development before moving to academia to follow his passion for teaching and training. A PhD in Management from Faculty of Management Studies, University of Rajasthan , Jaipur , he is also UGC-NET qualified in Management. His research interests are e-tail, service marketing and consumer behaviour. He has presented his research in various international/national conferences and has published research articles in various journals of repute.
Dr. Esha Jain is UGC-NET qualified and has more than 11 years of work experience including both the Industry and Academics. Being a Govt. Certified technical analyst, she is a known specialist in teaching subjects like Security Analysis, Foreign Exchange Management, Working Capital Management, Project Management, Business Legislation, Business Research Methodology and other various courses. She has been invited by IIM Indore for review of ‘Institutional Development Plans (IDPs)’ under the World Bank supported Madhya Pradesh Higher Education Quality Improvement Project to be submitted to Department of Higher Education, Government of Madhya Pradesh. She has also qualified a module of Financial Markets with Distinction organized by NSE. An awardee of “Eminent Educationist Award” and “Asia Pacific Gold Star Award”, she was also selected for “Rajiv Gandhi Education Excellence Award” and “Bharat Vidya Shiromani Award”. She was also awarded with Dean Committee Choice Award in various international conferences besides winning several “Best Research Paper’ awards.
She was a Ministry of MSME approved Research Trainer and a resource person for various FDPs in research methodology. She has attended and successfully presented around 70 papers in various Conferences & Seminars. 80 of her research papers are published in various International Journals of repute. She has also authored 2 books under reputed Brands and contributed chapters in a book on ‘Corporate Social Responsibility’. She is also associated with various International Journals as Editorial Board member, Academic Advisor & Research Paper Reviewer. She has also guided several Live Projects on Finance and Marketing at P.G. level of various Government Universities.
Dr. Priyanka Banerji has 9 years of experience of working in academia. She has completed her Ph.D in the year 2012 from University of Lucknow, Lucknow and has qualified CBSE-NET. Her research papers have been published in various peer reviewed National and International Journals in the areas of Humanities & Social Sciences, Business Management.
Ms. Jahanvi Bansal has obtained her M.B.E degree from Punjab University, Chandigarh. She is University 2nd rank holder. She has also pursued M.B.A (HR&OB) and M.Com from GJUS&T, Hisar. She has one year of experience each in industry and academics.
She has submitted her PhD degree entitled “Role of HR Managers in Business Ethics: A Study of Indian Organizations” in GJUS&T, Hisar, May 2018. She has published four research papers in International refereed journals and conferences. She has actively presented her work in seven National and International conferences.

Dr Preeti Chawla received her MBA degree in Finance from Punjab Technical University, Jalandhar in 2004. Then she received her M.Com degree from Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra in 2006. She completed her Phd degree in Mutual Funds from NIT, Kurukshetra in January 2016. She joined The NorthCap University, Gurugram in July 2017. Dr Saumya Dixit holds PhD from Indian Institute of Information Technology, Allahabad. She has qualified UGC-NET. Her research interests include online consumer behavior, impulsive buying behavior, waste management and sustainability. Her research papers have been published in peer reviewed international journals like Resources, Conservation and Recycling and IIMB Management Review. She has attended workshops on case writing conducted by premiere B schools and has cases registered with The Case Centre (former ECCH). Prof. Prem Vrat was an Honorary Research Fellow at the Department of Engineering Production, University of Birmingham (U.K.) and as an International Visiting Fellow at University of Western Sydney, Australia. He has extensive experience of more than 50 years in teaching, research, management development and consultancy.
He has guided 45 PhD theses, 118 M.Tech and 65 B.Tech major projects on Industrial Application of Systems Approach and Management Science. He has published more than 477 research papers in reputed journals and proceedings of international and national conferences. His research papers have received more than 6500 citations with g-index of 79 and maximum citation of a paper as 1156 (as per google scholar). He has authored/co-authored seven books and completed five sponsored projects and 34 consultancy assignments. His book, ‘Productivity Management: A System Approach’ received awards from DMA as well as ISTD. His book, ‘Materials Management: An Integrated Systems Approach’ published by Springer is available worldwide both in print and e-book version. He is a Fellow of the Indian National Academy of Engineering, National Academy of Sciences, World Academy of Productivity Sciences, ISTE and IIIE. Recipient of multiple awards and recognitions, Professor Vrat was conferred Doctor of Engineering (Honoris Causa) by Bundelkhand University; Distinguished Alumnus Award by IIT Kharagpur; Distinguished Service Award by IIT Delhi; Outstanding Contribution Award for National Development by IIT Delhi Alumni Association; Uttaranchal Ratan Award; Lillian Gilbreth Award; 14 Best Paper medals and prizes. Prof. Prem Vrat was honored with the National Systems Gold Medal by the Systems Society of India (SSI), and Honorary Member of IIIE, the highest recognition by IIIE. SAE India Foundation bestowed on him the ‘Guru’ Award for his outstanding contributions. He was conferred the ‘Life Time Achievement Award’ at the 18th Annual International Conference of the Society of Operations Management at IIT Roorkee in December 2014. He received Dr. M.C Puri Memorial Award of ORSI for his outstanding contribution for promotion of Operational Research in India and Life Time Achievement Award-2017 by Indian Institution of Industrial Engineering for Outstanding contributions to the Industrial engineering Profession and the Society. Re-Think India conferred on him the” Visionary Edu-leader of India” Award on 11th December 2017 given by President Pranab Mukherjee. He was conferred the Lifetime Achievement Award by Systems Society of India and Dayalbagh Educational Institute at DEI, Agra on 5th March 2018.
He has been on the Board of Governors of many technical institutions and universities, on the editorial boards of many Indian and foreign journals. He was Chairman (NWRC), AICTE ;Chairman Program Implementation Committee of National Project on Earthquake Engineering Education (NPEEE); Chairman, Working Group on HRD in IT, Department of IT, Government of India; Member JNU Court; Member of Ad hoc Task Force (ATF), Independent Director on the Board of Air India; Co-Chairperson, RAC-DRDO, Member, Advisory Group of Experts for Technology Up gradation in Indian Railways ,and Member Executive Council of YMCA University of Science and Technology. He is Chairman INAE Forum on Engineering Education, Member Technology Foresight and Management of INAE and Member EC, Sharda University, Greater Noida and Member University Court, Central University Haryana.
Dr. Nirupma Gupta has done her PhD from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi. She specializes in the area of Marketing and has more than 7 years of experience in academia. She has authored several research papers in peer-reviewed journals of National and International repute in the sphere of Internet commerce, services marketing, rural marketing and employee retention. She has to her credit a citation index of 41 and h-index of 3. She has taught courses on Entrepreneurship, Marketing Management, Services Marketing, Consumer Behavior, Business Environment, Business Mathematics, Business Statistics, & Management Process and Organizational Behavior in her tenure.
