Improving student experience is a continuous process at NCU and student feedback is an established scientific method for identifying areas which can help in achieving this objective. Therefore, the University has been conducting student satisfaction surveys from time to time and taking follow up actions to implement the suggestions received.

For keeping the survey independent and anonymous, the next survey is being conducted by a third party who shall analyse the suggestions and present summary feedback to the University. The survey is named ‘NCU LISTENS!’. The survey will be conducted from 2nd March onwards till 11th March 2020. Students will receive a link on their email ids.
