Second International Conference (NIC' 2021) organised by SOM

The School of Management and Liberal Studies organised the Second International Conference (NIC' 2021) on 'Resilience for Sustainability: Revisiting Management Practices and Strategizing for The Future' (Virtually) on March 26, 2021. The conference was organised in association with the University of the Fraser Valley, Canada; Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, Nigeria and Debre Tabor University, Ethiopia. The Chief Guest for the inaugural session was Dr. M.S. Shyam Sunder, Adviser, NAAC (National Assessment and Accreditation Council), and Guest of Honor was Col. B. Venkat- Director, FDC, AICTE. The Keynote address was delivered by Prof. Prem Vrat, Pro-Chancellor; Professor of Eminence and Chief Mentor, The NorthCap University, Gurugram. Other dignitaries included Dr. Shyam Vyas, Professor, School of Business, the University of the Fraser Valley, Canada (India Centre), Prof. Emma. I. Okoye, Professor of Accountancy & Council Member, Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, Anambra State, Nigeria; Dr. Anegagregn Gashaw, President of Debre Tabor University, Ethiopia; Dr. Punit Dwivedi, Group Director Modern Group of Institutions, Indore and Dr. D. P. Goyal, Chairman of Winntus and founder of Canwinn and member advisory of Indian Railway. Prof. Swaranjeet Arora was the Conference Chair. Dr. Neha Kumar, Dr. Preeti Chawla, Dr. Priyanka Banerji, Dr. Deergha Sharma, and Dr. Mansi Vinaik were the Conference Organisers. Eighty-one papers were presented by the participants on various topics related to Education, Health, Information technology, Marketing, Human Resource Management, General Management, and Finance.
