Dr. Trivedi is Senior Professor and Officiating Dean at School of Management The NorthCap University, Gurugram. He was Professor and Chair Faculty of Communications at Flame University, Pune and his previous tenure was as Director School of Petroleum Management, PDPU Gandhinagar. Earlier he was Professor in Marketing area at Mudra Institute of Communications Ahmedabad (MICA) where he introduced and led the PG Diploma Program in Retail Communications Management from 2005 onwards and an Executive Post Graduate Diploma Program in Communications Management in March 2008. Dr Trivedi was Dean, College of Management and Economic Studies at the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies Dehradun from August 2010 to March 2011. Before joining MICA in November 2004, he was with MBA programme at Bhavnagar University, since 1994. Dr. Trivedi has consulted with academic institutions towards institution building and branding. He has conducted several short-term FDP, MDP programs and Symposia, and two International, three National and five State level Conferences/Seminars. His doctoral work focused on Retail Promotions by Regional, National and Multinational brands. He has to his credit more than 30 publications with academic journals of repute, national and international conference proceedings, national industrial reports etc. He has industry exposure of over fifteen years in the manufacturing and marketing of industrial pumps and pumping systems. He has also worked for the Gujarat Khadi Board, as Marketing Manager for about four years and is amongst the early employees marketing Diners Club Credit Cards in 1983-84. He is reasonably well traveled through UK, Europe, Middle East and the Far Eastern region. His Retail Yatra concept took him around all corners of India with his students of Retail. His academic administration experience is more than 25 years heading various programs, committees, academic councils and board of studies at different Universities and business schools.
Prof Trivedi maintains active interest in academic innovation and experimentation. He consults in Technology Innovation, Academic Institution Building, Strategic Marketing and Retail.
Dr Shilpa Sindhu has ten years of experience of working for almost more than five years in marketing and research of agri-products and five years in academia. She holds PhD in Business Administration from Chaudhary Devi Lal University, Sirsa and ASRB-NET qualified. She specializes in the area of Marketing with interest in Marketing, Retail Marketing, E-commerce, Consumer Behavior, Sales and Distribution, Entrepreneurship. Her research papers have been published in various peer reviewed national and international journals and conference proceedings of repute in the areas of marketing, e-tailing, rural marketing, and economics.
Dr Ruchi has an experience of over fourteen years including corporate and academia. She specializes in B2C E-Commerce with special emphasis on internet retailing. Her key interest is to advocate how consumers and brands communicate in today’s digital world and enable businesses to develop and establish their own digital roadmap. Her hands-on experience includes implementing successful digital marketing strategies for organizations. She has delivered successful management development programs to marketers focusing on capitalizing on the power of digital media to increase their online visibility and overall marketing efforts. She holds a PhD in Marketing and has authored a number of journal articles in the online marketing domain.
Ms Jiveta Chaudhary is an MBTI®Certified Practitioner with extensive experience in student mentoring, career counseling and personality development. She is an MBA in HR from GGS Indraprastha University and holds a Diploma in Training and Development from the Indian Society for Training and Development. She has served the ITES and the NBFC service sectors, and has been part of academia for more than eight years. She has attended and organized multiple national and international workshops on Research Methodology, Case Study Development, Quality Education, etc. She has to her credit multiple publications in national and international journals. Currently she is serving as a Core Faculty member at the School of Management in the HR & OB domain. She is pursuing a PhD in Management (Organizational Behavior) from GGS Indraprastha University. Her interest areas include Organizational Behavior, Organization Change and Development, Employee Engagement, Team Building, Innovative Leadership, Training and Development and Philosophy of Management.
Dr. Nirupma Gupta has done her PhD from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi. She specializes in the area of Marketing and has more than 7 years of experience in academia. She has authored several research papers in peer-reviewed journals of National and International repute in the sphere of Internet commerce, services marketing, rural marketing and employee retention. She has to her credit a citation index of 41 and h-index of 3. She has taught courses on Entrepreneurship, Marketing Management, Services Marketing, Consumer Behavior, Business Environment, Business Mathematics, Business Statistics, & Management Process and Organizational Behavior in her tenure. She is currently serving as Assistant Professor (Sr. Scale) at the School of Management and her areas of interest include Services Marketing, Consumer Behavior, Rural Marketing and Marketing Research.
Dr Deergha Sharma received her MB.A. degree in Finance from Banasthali Vidyapith, Rajasthan in 2007. She completed her PhD degree on topic “Working of public sector banks with special reference to NPA” from University of Rajasthan, Jaipur 2012. She joined The NorthCap University, Gurugram in July 2017. Presently, she is serving as Assistant Professor (Senior Scale) in the School of Management. Dr. Deergha Sharma has published various research papers in international peer reviewed refereed journals. She has actively participated in more than 12 International/National conferences to present her work.

Ms. Jahanvi Bansal has obtained her M.B.E degree from Punjab University, Chandigarh. She is University 2nd rank holder. She has also pursued M.B.A (HR&OB) and M.Com from GJUS&T, Hisar. She has one year of experience each in industry and academics.
She has submitted her PhD degree entitled “Role of HR Managers in Business Ethics: A Study of Indian Organizations” in GJUS&T, Hisar, May 2018. She has published four research papers in International refereed journals and conferences. She has actively presented her work in seven National and International conferences.

Dr. Akshat Aditya Rao is a Faculty of Marketing with over 10 years of experience in corporate and academia. An Instrumentation engineer of 2006 batch he started his career with Godrej and completed his MBA in Marketing from Malaviya National Institute of Technology, Jaipur in 2009 and was working with organizations as HCL and Gravita India Limited specializing in the area of Business Development before moving to academia to follow his passion for teaching and training. A PhD in Management from Faculty of Management Studies, University of Rajasthan , Jaipur , he is also UGC-NET qualified in Management. His research interests are e-tail, service marketing and consumer behaviour. He has presented his research in various international/national conferences and has published research articles in various journals of repute.
