This laboratory introduces the student to basics of Digital Electronics. Students are encouraged to design and verify various types of digital circuits. Emphasis is on designing of combinational and sequential circuits both. Practical demonstration of the theoretical concepts done in classrooms will enhance the understanding of the students. The experiments included in the curriculum cover majority of the digital circuits studied in theory. A few value added experiments also have been added to enhance the skill and capability of students.

The laboratory is well equipped with IC tester, Digital Electronic kits, bread boards, DC power supplies, Logic Probes and various types of digital ICs etc.

The students are provided with a comprehensive Lab Manual, which is almost self explanatory. All the experiments are well documented with clear circuit diagrams, theory and procedures involved, so that the students are able to perform the experiments with ease and proper understanding. The manual includes viva-voce questions to test the students to assess their understanding.
