Special Lecture on "Need of Legal Aid in Society and Career in Law" Delivered by Adv. Kulbhushan Bhardwaj, Former President, Distt. Bar Association, Gurugram

NCU Law School has organized a special lecture in association with Shashakt Nari Parishad and an NGO ‘Farishtey’ on 25th August, 2017. 

Sr. Advocate Kulbhushan Bhardwaj delivered a special lecture on the topic “Need of Legal Aid in Society and Career in Law” to law students at NCU Law School.  Sr. Adv. Kulbhushan Bhardwaj is a practcing Advocate at Distt. Bar Association, Gurugram for past more than 15 years. He is a wellknown social worker and running an NGO ‘Farishtey’ to provide free legal aid to the needy and poor litigants. Lecture was mainly focused on:

  • What is Free Legal Aid?
  • What are the possible ways to help poor litigtants?
  • How can a lawyer contribute to improve public perception towards judicial system?

He was accompanied by Ms. Deepa Antil, President, Shashakt Nari Parishad, Gurugram. She is also working in the area of Women Empowerment and development of poor strata of society. She also addressed the students to pursue legal studies effectively and vibrantly to contribute in women empowerment and cultural developments in society.
