How many Degree Programmes are offered by School of Law?

School of Law is offering 5 Years B.B.A.-LL.B. (Hons.) Degree Programme, One Year LL.M. Degree Programme and Ph.D. in Law since its inception in 2010.

What is the eligibility criterion for admission in 5 Years B.B.A.-LL.B. (H) Degree Programme?

Applicant must have obtained minimum 55% Marks in Aggregate in 10+2 and Minimum 50 Marks in English. Applicant must have written CLAT 2018/ AILET 2018/ LSAT 2018/ NCU-Law Entrance Test 2018. 40% weightage will be given to obtained in 10+2 and 60% weightage will be given to marks obtained in CLAT 2018/ AILET 2018/ LSAT 2018/ NCU- Law Entrance Test 2018 for the purpose of preparation of Merit.

What is the current ranking of School of Law?

The NorthCap University’s School of Law (SOL) is amongst the premier law schools in North India and the preferred destination for every law aspirant. Overwhelming response from law aspirants have been received every year for admission in School of Law since its inception in 2010 on the basis of following USPs:

What is the status of annual placement and internships offered by School of Law?

The NorthCap University has established a central office with the name School of Professional Attachment (SPA) to provide assistance for internship through out the year and placement after completion of the degree programme. Complete details regarding placement can be obtained from in-campus office OR visit SPA portal http://spa.ncuindia.edu for more details.  

What is the procedure to apply for admission in B.B.A.-LL.B. (H) Degree Programme?

Applicants may apply online for admission on our website www.ncuindia.edu. Applicants may apply offline as well at NCU campus on any working day between 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

What is the intake and reservation policy for admission in B.B.A.-LL.B. (H) Degree Programme?

Total 120 seats are available in B.B.A.-LL.B. (H) Degree Programme.

  • While 15% seats are allocated for NRI/International students, a total 18 seats are reserved out of 120 seats.
  • 25% of total seats shall be for Haryana residents (Haryana General =15%; Haryana SC =10%), i.e. a total of 30 seats for Haryana Residents.

What is the procedure to get Scholarship OR Fee concession?

Scholarships and Fee concession is awarded annually to meritorious students on Merit-cum-Means basis as per Haryana Education Rules. A copy of detailed SOP can be obtained from School of Law on request.
