Note:

(a) Tuition Fee applicable in the year of admission shall be subject to a year on year increase of 3% for the duration of the programme other than the Executive Development Programmes.
(b) Taxes, if any, under any subsequently announced Govt./GST rules shall be extra and shall be payable from the date of its application. No tax is applicable at the time of going to print.

 

OTHER CHARGES TO BE PAID AT THE TIME OF ADMISSION:

Application Fee: ₹ 1,000/- (Non-refundable)
Caution Money: ₹ 5,000/- This amount is interest free and shall be refunded to the students at the time of withdrawal or at the end of their programmes, whichever is earlier, after deduction of dues, if any.
Alumni Association Fee: A onetime Alumni Association fee of ₹ 1,000/- for all programmes is payable by all students.
Industry Employability Aptitude Test Fees: Industry Employability Aptitude Test fees of ₹ 1,200/- is payable for B.Tech & School of Management programmes only.

 

PAYMENT OPTIONS

(a) Fees can be paid by cash (subject to (c) below), Demand Draft, Credit Card or Debit Card. All demand drafts shall be made favouring The NorthCap University, Gurugram and shall be payable at Gurugram/ Delhi.
(b) Semester fee will not be accepted in part and / or in installments.
(c) Unless otherwise provided by extant Govt. rules., a maximum of ₹ 2 lakhs only shall be accepted in cash from a student during the entire duration of his/her Programme,

HOSTEL FEES : ₹ 50,000/- per semester in case of all other programmes. For PGDM in Leadership for Working Professionals, the hostel fees shall be ₹ 2 Lakhs for the entire programme.

 

NO OTHER FEE / FUND BY WHATSOEVER NAME CALLED SHALL BE PAYABLE BY THE STUDENT.

UGC NOTIFICATION ON ‘REMITTANCE & REFUND OF FEES & REDRESSAL OF GRIEVANCES’.

UGC has issued a notification on ‘Remittance & Refund of Fees & Redressal of Grievances’ vide its letter D.O. No. 1-3/2007 (CPP-II) dated 06 December 2016. Based on this, if a student chooses to withdraw from the Programme of study in which he/she is enrolled, the University shall deduct the following amounts while refunding the fees:

  • An amount of 10% or ₹ 10,000/- , whichever is lower shall be deducted from the tuition fee deposited by every student withdrawing his/her admission as per table above.
  • In every case of withdrawal, apart from tuition fees after deduction, other fees deposited (excluding application fee) shall also be refunded.
  • The procedure shown in the Table above, shall also be applicable for Admissions made against vacant/drop out seats, for which the last date of admission is 31 August 2017.
  • Balance fee shall be refunded by the University to an eligible student within 15 days from the date of receiving of a written application from him/her with regard to his/her withdrawal, subject to University rules on the subject.
  • If for any reason whatsoever, including insufficient students the University is unable to run any programme, 100% of Tuition fees and all other charges collected at the time of Admission shall be refunded. In such cases, application fees will also be refunded.
