PhD, B.Tech, M.Tech.,
She received her B.Tech. and M.Tech. degrees in electronics and communication Engineering (ECE) from Punjab Technical University, Jallandhar, India and Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi, in years 2003 and 2011 respectively. She has Ph.D. degree in ECE from Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology (NSIT), University of Delhi, New Delhi. During the course of her Ph.D, she worked as a full time research scholar at NSIT, New Delhi from Jan 2013 – Jul 2015. She has a total 10 years of teaching experience at under graduate level.
After submitting her thesis in Jul 2015, she has joined NCU as assistant professor in EECE deptt. She is member of various technical societies like IEEE- Institution of electrical & electronics Engineers and SPIE- international professional society for optics and photonics technology. She has published more than 20 research papers in various IEEE journals and conferences of international and national repute. Recently she has been awarded with postdoc travel mobility grant to visit the technical university of Munich, Germany. Her current research interests are optical wireless communication, cooperative communication and indoor visible light communication systems.
