Dr.Yogita Gigras

Dr. Yogita Gigras, is currently working as Assistant Professor (Sel. Grade) in the Department of CSE & IT, School of Engineering & Technology, NCU. She has more than nine years of extensive teaching experience at both post and under graduate level. She is a committed researcher in the field of Soft Computing and has completed her PhD in the same area. She has done her M.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from Banasthali University, Rajasthan in the year 2009 with honors. She has done her industrial training with ST Microelectronics, Greater Noida and completed two live projects for partial fulfillment of her M.Tech degree. Her areas of interest include Analysis and Design of Algorithms, Object Oriented Programming, Operating System, Computer Networks, Soft Computing and Cyber Security. She had guided 14 M.Tech Projects and more than 25 B.Tech Projects. She qualified  GATE in 2007. She has published more than 20 papers in peer reviewed reputed International Journals and in IEEE/Springer International Conferences. She is the reviewer and assistant editor of various international journals. She has also done certifications in Data Scientist Tool, Exploratory data analysis and Getting and Cleaning Data from Johns Hopkins University. She is the Lifetime member of ISTE.

Dr. Anuradha

Ms. Anuradha did her graduation in B.Tech computer Science and Engineering from Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra and M.Tech in Computer science and Engineering with distinction from MDU, Rohtak. She is currently pursuing PhD in the field of data mining. She has teaching experience of approx. 9 years. She has published 15 research papers in various national/international conferences and journals of repute. She holds ANIIT Certification from NIIT, and has also earned Microsoft/sun certification in SQL Server and Java. She has also attended certification courses on CCNA and cyber security. She is a technical program committee member INDIACom- 2016(IEEE Conference).She is reviewer of various international conferences(IEEE, Springer, Elsevier etc.) including INDIACom-2016, VisionNet’15, ISTA15 ,ISTA16, ICACCI15, ICACCI16, SSCC15, SSCC16 and IWICP-2015 etc. She is reviewer of International Journal of fuzzy system (Springer) and journal of Fuzzy and Rough set (IGI Global) journal. Her core subjects are Database system, Data Structure, Data warehouse, Data Mining, C/C++/Java, soft computing, pattern recognition and machine learning. She is a member of Data Science Institute, IEEE, and ACM etc.

Dr. Tarul Garg

Dr. Tarul Garg received her M.Sc. degree in Mathematics from Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee in 2013. She completed her Ph.D. degree in Approximation Theory (Pure Mathematics) from Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee in September 2018. She joined The NorthCap University, Gurugram in July 2018. Presently, she is serving as Assistant Professor in the Department of Applied Sciences.

She was awarded with “Best Presentation Award” in the “ICMAA 2018: 20th International Conference on Mathematical Analysis and Applications” held in London, United Kingdom during January 18-19, 2018. She plays a role of teaching assistant for the course of Numerical Linear Algebra in NPTEL online certification course January-April, 2018. She has six months experience of teaching in the Applied Science department of Krishna Institute of Engineering and Technology (KIET), Ghaziabad from July, 2013 to December, 2013. She got a National Board of Higher Mathematics (NBHM) Fellowship from National Board of Higher Mathematics from July, 2011 to June, 2013. She did her summer internship at IISER Mohali sponsored by Indian Academy of Sciences, Bangalore during May-July, 2012.

Dr. Trapti Neer

Dr. Trapti Neer starts working as an Assistant Professor in The Northcap University Gurugram, Haryana since July 2018. She holds a very good academic record throughout the course of her study. She has done her graduation and post graduation from CCS University. She has completed her Ph.D  in the field of Approximation Theory from IIT Roorkee in the year 2018. During the period of her research work, she has published 7 sci-indexed research papers and one scopus-indexed research paper. She attended and presented a paper in the international conference entitled “The 12th International Conference on Approximation Theory and its Applications, 2016” held at Lucian Blaga University Sibiu, Romania and attended a conference entitled “International Conference on Recent Trends in Mathematical Analysis and its Applications, 2014”held at Indian Institute of Technology  Roorkee, India .

Areas of Interest: Real and Complex Analysis, Approximation Theory, Quantum Calculus, Approximation of functions by positive linear operators.

Shilpa Jain

Shilpa Jain received her B. Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from CCS University in 2001. M. Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from RVD University in 2006. She is currently pursuing Phd from NCU, Haryana. She has worked with SDCET Muzzaffarnagar, Shree Sastha College of Engineering, Chennai, Dronacharya College of Engineering, Gurugram and Ansal University, Gurugram before joining NCU as a visiting faculty.

She believes in the principles of innovation and her major research interests include fuzzy logic, artificial neural networks, genetic algorithms, big data and machine learning.

Shilpa Jain has published 6 research articles in international peer reviewed journals. She has presented papers in 5 international conferences. She has guided a number of B. Tech projects.

She is ITIL V3 certified with 100% score. She is Stanford certified for Writing in Sciences also to her accolades is a certification in Introduction to Data analysis in Excel from Rice University, U.S. through Coursera.

Dr. Rajni Rohila

Dr. Rajni holds a very attractive academic record throughout the course of her study. She has done her Ph.D  in the field of Numerical Analysis in IIT Roorkee in the year 2018. She completed her graduation and post graduation from CCS university, Meerut. During the period of research work, she has published various research papers in the international journals of repute. She qualified National Eligibility Test (JRF) in 2012. She got DST travel award for presenting a research paper in international conference on applied mathematics ICOME-2017 held in Turkey.

Mr Pankaj Rakheja

Mr Rakheja is currently pursuing PhD in Iris biometric protection. He has done his MTech (Electronics & Communication Engg) in DNA Cryptography in Matlab from Maharshi Dayanand University. The broad area of his research focus is in image processing and optical Cryptography . He has written many research papers in international journals and conferences in the field of telecommunication, cryptography and networking.

Ms. Diksha Goel

Ms Diksha Goel is currently working as an Assistant Professor in Department of CSE & IT. She has completed her M.Tech. in Computer Engineering specialization in Cyber Security from National Institute of Technology, Kurukshetra in June 2018.  She has completed her B.Tech. in Computer Science & Engineering from University Institute of Engineering and Technology, Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra. She has cleared GATE exam in 2016 and 2017. She has contributed research papers in international journal and conferences. She has also authored one book chapter. Ms. Shakshi Sharma

She has joined NCU on 2nd July 2018. She is GATE-2012, 2015 qualified. Her area of interests is Deep Learning (Artificial Neural Networks), Machine Learning, Data mining. She has 1 year of industry experience in Fidelity International, Gurugram. She believes that win a no-win situation by rewriting the rules.

Ms Kanika Bhutani

Kanika Bhutani is a dedicated teacher. She has around 5 years of work experience. She has been working as an Assistant Professor at NIT Kurukshetra. She has done B.Tech from Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak. She has qualified GATE twice. She has completed her M.Tech (Silver Medalist) from The ITM University, Gurgaon.
